Our paid internships are the perfect introduction to a career with Bayer Consumer Care. After our 11 week internship program, you may be asked to join us for a full time position as Assistant Brand Manager at graduation.

The Assistant Brand Manager Internship Program
One of the best ways to understand what it's like to work in Brand Management at Bayer is to join us for a summer internship. The Summer Intern Program has a dual role as students receive a comprehensive learning experience while our brands benefit from fresh thinking against real business issues. Four main components of the eleven-week program give you exposure to the exciting pace and raw energy of working with a global healthcare leader. You will:

• Lead a primary project and address a real business issue facing the brand. Former interns have taken on many important tasks, including re-evaluating the Aleve Pro Golfers' Association partnership, designing the launch of a new Bayer Aspirin product, and determining the next confectionary product in the Flintstones Vitamins line. You'll have the opportunity to work with both the brand and cross-functional teams and agency partners to maximize growth for your brand. Projects allow you to take ownership of a piece of the business and showcase your strategic thinking while also learning from the team.
• Step into the Assistant Brand Manager role completing analytical reporting activities. With the assistance of the Assistant Brand Manager, you will learn to analyze recent business trends and align teams on the future business forecast.
• Learn from the experts by attending a wide array of training events focused on the different parts of the brand activities and teams. Each week, a "Lunch & Learn" is offered to shed light on areas such as Sales, Market Research, Advertising, Medical Marketing and more. Additionally, fun and educational trips to the advertising agency and production facility give you a hands-on learning experience.
• Have some fun while learning about our company, our culture, and our location. These events include social outings with our fun and unique group... an annual favorite is the daytrip to the Jersey Shore!
